Located inside the OCAT building in Osaka, Bulls is a halal steak restaurant that specializes in sukiyaki and shabu-shabu.
The owner tells that they decided to start services for Muslims when a group of customers from Indonesia came two years ago. When told that the sesame dipping sauce contained alcohol and that the beef was not halal, the customers left without eating anything. He was shocked and from then on started to study about halal food and adapted a system to please Muslims.
