Ginza Uchiyama: the Perfect Kaiseki Meal

This gem of a restaurant will mesmerize you with the incredible care for details, the harmonious and perfect blend of tastes and textures, and the incredible hospitality.

Run by chef Hidehito Uchiyama, the restaurant carrying his name has consecutively received stars in the Michelin Guide since 2008.
Located in Ginza, with an unassuming facade and minimal decor, Uchiyama has achieved its huge popularity due to their consistency in providing delicious kaiseki meals.
The presentation is fundamental in kaiseki style meals. Chef Uchiyama has incredible care for detail, so besides having a mesmerizing taste, his dishes are also a feast for the eyes.

The restaurant seats up to 28 customers, either at the counter, where you can watch the chef work his magic, or in private tatami booths.
The lunch set is highly sought after, costing the unbelievable sum of 1,500 yen!
For dinner, the full course kaiseki meal, starting at 15,000 yen.
Either way, you must make a reservation!
