Motsunabe Ichifuji

Motsunabe Ichifuji is a beautiful Japanese restaurant with a sleek, modern interior. This restaurant specializes in 'motsunabe', where 'motsu' means innards and 'nabe' means hot pot.

They have three branches in Fukuoka: in Imaizumi, in Tenjin and in Hakata.
The concept of the restaurant is great quality cuisine with carefully selected and home-made ingredients.

There are table seats, as well as low Japanese tables to have a more authentic experience.

The basic menu item is of course the motsunabe, you can choose between three flavours and it is only ¥1,490. You can also order some extra vegetables or meat for your hot pot.
Apart from the classic, there are many other popular menu items, such as the horse liver sashimi or Wagyu (Japanese beef) vinegar motsu.
There are different horse sashimi dishes to try, as well as salads and awesome desserts to finish everything off.

Motsunabe Ichifuji serves unforgettable miso nabe. It's a great place to go to with friends and have a laid-back and fun time. Let the good times roll!

You can also bring back some souvenirs for your friends back home. You can bring back their miso and soy sauce in order to replicate their delicious nabe for your friends. It's the next best thing to trying it at the resto.
