Hakata Ramen(博多ラーメン)originates from food stands of the Nagahama(長浜) area. The noodles are thick and straight, and the ivory soup is tonkotsu-based, which means it is made of pork bone broth. "Hakata Ramen" is a really famous and popular local kind of ramen which has many big fans around Japan!

"Kotteri" refers to the heavy and more creamy pork broth ramen.

The soup is really heavy and so creamy! The deep Tonkotsu taste goes well with the thin flat noodles.

This bubble soup is the signature dish of Hakata Isso Ramen. This ramen is super rich too so you can enjoy the natural sweetness of the pork coming from the broth.
