Snoopy Fantaration

Snoopy, created by cartoon artist Charles M. Schultz, is one of the most beloved characters in Japan. Created in 1950 as a newspaper comic strip, the comic is still published in 2200 papers, 75 countries in 21 languages, and it is still winning the hearts of coming generations.
The new exhibition, held from April 18 at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse No. 1 Building, features a series of Japanese artists celebrating the mascot through mixed media pieces.

The main instigator of this exhibition is Yoshiteru Otani, a Japanese artist who had close relationships with Mr. Schultz.

At the exhibition, you can enjoy about 80 works that you wouldn't be able to see in traditional Snoopy exhibitions, such as the robot "Snoopy Dance Robot" with the cooperation of Aichi Institute of Technology.
After enjoying the pieces, stop by the Peanuts diner and get yourself a snack!
"SNOOPY FANTARATION" will be held from April 18 to May 12. Opening hours is from 11:00 to 19:00 (Last entry is 18:30). The entrance fee is 1000 yen for adults.

If you're a Snoopy fan, this is a great chance to see fresh work celebrating our favorite beagle.
