Exciting New Ramen Collaboration Shop Opens in Osaka! (Ramen Purism)

'Ramen Purism' is a brand new ramen shop that opened on May 18th, 2019 in Osaka's Soemoncho. The shop is a collaboration between 'Sousaku Ramen style Hayashi,' and 'Jinrui Mina Menrui,' two very highly-rated Osaka ramen joints.

Ramen purism is an exciting new ramen shop that opened in Osaka last week (on May 18th, 2019). The ramen shop is a collaboration between two very popular and highly-rated Osaka based ramen shops ('Sousaku Ramen style Hayashi,' and 'Jinrui Mina Menrui').

The new restaurant features 3 types of ramen, each with a standard and premium version (see below). The recipes for the ramen are taken from each of the shops' most popular items, and are presented in beautiful, custom-made pottery bowls that are twice the size of normal ramen bowls.

Both of the ramen shops involved in the collaboration are already well-known and highly regarded, so the hype for this brand-new shop is already huge. One of the specialties here are the noodles, which are made by hand behind a glass window in the shop so that customers can watch the process. The delicious noodles, combined with amazing soup and giant chashu make for some truly outstanding ramen. This is could well be THE Osaka ramen destination for 2019!

Ramen Purism is located just inside Osaka's Soemoncho shopping street, across the river from Dotonbori. You can get there by walking about 300 meters from Namba Station, or 500 meters from Exit 5 of Shinsaibashi Station.
