Wine!

ginza_redine_wine_collection
There are more than 100 wines available as part of the buffet, including reds, whites, champagnes, rosés, orange wines, and more. The experienced sommelier has included many interesting wines that you might not normally see at a typical restaurant, and the overall variety is impressive!

'Kamocini' ¥2,800
One of the wonderful things about being located in a share kitchen is the access to a variety of dishes to pair the wine with! This duck and foie gras 'kamocini' is an example of a rich and delicious French-inspired dish that is a wonderful companion to a glass of wine!

Sake!

redine_ginza_nihonshu_selection
The sake buffet manager's response to the staggering selection of the wine buffet is a carefully chosen collection of about 50 local sakes from around Japan. The collection includes everything from well-known, famous brands to rare, mostly unknown brews. The sakes here are exciting and satisfying, whether you're a sake newcomer or an experienced sake drinker.

There are some outstanding food pairing options to go with the sake buffet, as well. One of the best options might be the sweetfish tempura. The fish, in season now, have a unique, slightly bitter taste that goes wonderfully with sake.
