From the 6th of July, 2019, coisof is introducing a new summer parfait to their line up. Combining the rich soft ice cream the shop is famous for with some delectable lemon toppings. You'll love this refreshing parfait on a hot summer day!

Lemon Cheese Coi Parfait with liqueur ¥1,200; without liqueur ¥1,000 (taxes not included)
The base is made of coisof's signature rich and incredibly smooth milk soft serve ice cream. Added to it, is an exquisite lemon gelée, sour cream and pieces of grated white chocolate. The combination strikes the perfect balance in sweetness and acidity. It also comes with a fresh-tasting ginger liqueur.

As a topping, there are also bits of crispy cookies that add a nice crunchy texture and a subtle cinnamon scent.

This parfait has some character! You'll love the different fresh notes and accents, and on top of that, it's gorgeous. It's a delightful feast for the senses best enjoyed during a hot summer day when you're wandering Ginza. Give it a try!
