Sansha Brewery sake soft serve ice cream ¥350

In Gifu prefecture, the Sansha Brewery serves sake soft serve ice cream for a limited time, using their high-quality sake to make the ice cream. The ice cream has an Abelia flower aroma and is really refreshing.
As a topping, they use a candy with the symbol of a doll that has been made in that region for a long time.
