'Denzou' is located close to Shibuya Station in Shibuya's Center City. The ramen here has a rich miso soup with excellent flavor. The miso base comes in white or red(¥730 each), or black(¥780). Only in the mornings from 5:00 to 11:00, the special 'Morning Miso Ramen' shown in the picture can be enjoyed. The price is a stunning ¥380 yen!! The noodles are topped with a thick piece of scorched chashu that is soft and fragrant. This is a pretty fantastic way to start the day, and should be on every ramen fanatic's list of breakfasts to try in Tokyo!

If Your're Feeling Super Hungry, This is the Place! 'Yaro Ramen'

'Yaro Ramen' is located just 3 minutes from Shibuya Station. The style of ramen served here is called 'Jiro Ramen' which is popular for its large volume and customizable toppings. The picture shows the store's signature 'Yaro Ramen,' which is ¥730. The soup is a rich tonkotsu shoyu.
The toppings include a large piece of beautifully tender and flavorful chashu and a small mountain of bean sprouts, with garlic, oil, and other toppings available to be added as customers please. It's quite a heavy breakfast to be sure, but is very satisfying!

Spicy Ramen: 'Chuka Ramen Youshu Shounin'

'Chuka Ramen Youshu Shounin' is a popular ramen joint that has several locations throughout Tokyo. The Shibuya location, just 5 minutes from Shibuya Station, is open from 10:00 am until 8:00 am the following day. They then close for a mere 2 hours to clean and prep for reopening. On the weekends, however, the shop stays open 24/7!
The recommended ramen here is the 'Extra Spicy Tantanmen'(¥920), which packs a punch. The soup is flavored by spicy chili peppers and Szechuan pickles and is filled with ground pork. The noodles can be ordered extra thick, medium, or thin, based on your preference. If you're feeling sleepy, come here to get some spice to wake you up!
