Among the just four restaurants in Osaka to receive three Michelin stars, Kashiwaya is rated as the most comfortable according to the Michelin Guide. The food served is traditional kaiseki cuisine, but with an infusion of modern ingredients and technique. The resulting dishes are not only incredibly delicious but unique to Kashiwaya. Enjoy delicately prepared dishes featuring luxurious Japanese ingredients such as steamed abalone and rare Ise prawn in a meal that you'll never forget.

Despite being one of the top restaurants in Osaka, the prices are fairly reasonable. Lunch Kaiseki sets start at just ¥10,000, and dinner is ¥16,000, ¥24,000 or ¥30,000 depending on which courses you get.

The nearest train station to Kashiwaya is Hankyu Kandai-Mae Station. It's a 10-minute walk from the station to the restaurant, otherwise, you can take a taxi.
