Among the just four restaurants in Osaka to receive three Michelin stars, Kashiwaya is rated as the most comfortable according to the Michelin Guide. The food served is traditional kaiseki cuisine, but with an infusion of modern ingredients and technique. The resulting dishes are not only incredibly delicious but unique to Kashiwaya. Enjoy delicately prepared dishes featuring luxurious Japanese ingredients such as steamed abalone and rare Ise prawn in a meal that you'll never forget.
