Must-try Restaurants around Tokyo Tower

Tokyo Tower is considered as Tokyo's symbol and it is one of the famous towers in the world. If you are looking for places to eat around Tokyo Tower area, you should check the following places!

Tokyo Tower

Many of you might have already seen this tower on a guidebook, but here is just a brief explanation: Tokyo Tower is 333 meters high tower that is recognized as one of the tallest towers in the world. This tower also plays a significant role as a broadcast antenna.
Their observation deck is the third highest in Tokyo, and its height is 250 meter. When the sky is clear, you might be able to see Mt.Fuji and Tokyo Skytree.

Terrace Dining TANGO

Located at the foot of Tokyo Tower, around a 6 minute walk from Kamiyacho station, this place offers world cuisine using ingredients from different parts of the world. You can see the beautiful view of Tokyo Tower from its terrace. If you would like to sit by the window, it is recommended to make a reservation beforehand. Their lunch is very reasonable, people generally spend ¥1,000~2,000, and their dinner around ¥6,000~7,999.

Isoya Taikoma (磯家 たいこま)

Around a minute walk from No.2 exit of Kamiya station, what they offer is a fresh seafood and vegetable cuisines at very reasonable price! You should definitely stop by and try their Kaisendon (sashimi bowl) for just ¥950! Just a heads up, they may have irregular holidays on Saturday, so it is recommended to contact them.

Soho's Bakery 3206

Around a 3 minute walk from Kamiyacho station, No.3 exit, this is a bakery cafe that offers different kinds of delicious sandwiches. You will be surprised by how many ingredients it has in its sandwiches! Their breads are also must-try item.
Their famous Devil Egg sandwich!

Nodaiwa (五代目 野田岩)

If you want something a little luxurious and delicious, you should try their eel bowl! Very sensitive yet melty eel with savory sauce on top of rice just makes everything perfect. Around a 5 minute walk from Kamiyacho station.
They have 5 options that you can choose from: Kiku ¥2,900, Ume ¥3,300, Hagi ¥3,800, Yamabuki ¥4,400 and Kashira ¥5,400. Price varies depending on the amount of eels used.


Are you a Neapolitan pizza lover? Try this place! This place's star shaped pizza called donsalvo (¥2250) is very famous and popular. Their other dishes are also very delicious, so if you feel like eating Italian while you are around this area, it is definitely worth stopping by!
