re:Dine Ginza's salad lunch buffets

The perfect place to get a healthy, vegetable-packed lunch in Ginza is at re:Dine Ginza's all-you-can-eat salad lunch buffet. They offer a rich variety of quality, domestically-produced vegetables at a reasonable price.

Order a main dish and add the all-you-can-eat salad buffet option

The way it works is that you order one main dish from the extensive menu of re:Dine Ginza, and you can add the salad buffet option for ¥800 if you are a non-member of the restaurant, or just ¥300 if you are a member.

Indeed, the restaurant has a monthly membership system for frequent diners. You pay ¥4,800 per month and you can enjoy the buffet at a ¥500 discount. But not only that, you can also have a full take-out bowl of salad once a day for free! This is a really nice deal for veggie-lovers in Ginza!

As for the main dish that you can order, you have a very interesting variety of options because re:Dine Ginza is a shared-kitchen restaurant - and the first of its kind in Japan at that! This means, there are always up to five different chefs working in the kitchen at any time, and the chefs change periodically.

The idea behind the kitchen-sharing concept is to give the chefs a stimulating space to create new dishes and try them out with real diners.

Pictured above is the popular wagyu beef ramen by chef Yoneyama. It's very much worth the try!
This is a cafe very much worth the try for its delicious lunch salad buffet but also for its nice single-origin premium coffee by coffee mafia, and deluxe parfaits by coisof. These two shops are operated within re:Dine Ginza.
