For the first hour or so, Sanchez will present 13 different sakes that you will, of course, be tasting too. The selection even includes some high-end ones such as Juyondai, Dassai, and Kubota!

You will get to learn about the four basic categories of Japanese sake: "kunshu" (aromatic sake), "soshu" (refreshing sake), "jukushu" (aged sake), and "junshu" (rich); and with some samples, you will also be served some foods that pair well with the sake being served.

The event is interactive so you are welcome to ask questions, and also share your impressions about the taste of each sake!

During the second hour, you can order and reorder your favourite kinds at no extra charge and enjoy your evening in re:Dine Ginza's spacious, casual dining space.

The price per person is ¥6,000. Online registration is required.
