Kobe Beef is a high-quality kind of wagyu beef. It comes Tajima Beef, a purebred breed from Hyogo. For a Tajima Beef meat to be certified as Kobe Beef, a strict level check has to be passed! Kobe Beef is sometimes said to be one of the nine best ingredients in the world. Of course, the taste is incredible! And as you can imagine, it's very difficult to acquire that precious kind of beef. Going to Kobe Plaisir Ginza is very exciting experience for that reason!

Finding high-quality Kobe Beef in many restaurants in Ginza is not difficult!
However, Kobe Beef must be cooked slowly and cannot be cooked on high heat if one wants to preserve the sweetness of the beef. You can see the beautiful pink color and smell the unique fragrance of Kobe Beef.

How can you describe the taste when you bite it into it?
You can only say that the taste is "perfect".
The sweetness of the beef that melts in your mouth is so impressive that it cannot be described it in words!

Impeccable service

As there are many non-Japanese dinners, there is service in English.

In Japanese, "teppan" means iron plate, and "yaki" means cooking. The chef stands in the center of the table and is surrounded by large iron plates, and patrons watch the chef masterfully cook each ingredient.

The quality of wagyu is judged by the beautiful marbling (streaks of fat inside the lean tissue). It's recommended to eat Kobe Beef cooked medium-rare. You can have a wonderful time at the restaurant by pairing your meal with red wine and sake (Dassai, Hyakumoku, Hakkaisan, etc.).

05maincounter
The restaurant is located on the top floor of Ginza Plaza, located a short walk from Ginza Subway Station (Ginza Line, Marunouchi Line, Hibiya Line), Exit A3. It has a spacious atmosphere, a stylish clean-lined design, and warm lighting that brings comfort.

The light in the restaurant is soft and comfortable. All seats are bar counter-shaped and you can sit in the lobby or room. Wherever you are, the bar design allows customers to directly see the process from grilling to serving of the beef, and the chef can adjust the serving pace according to the patrons' speed.
