Sapporo Noodle Zero: a ramen joint for chashu lovers

Also sometimes called Sapporo Ramen Zero, the joint is a popular one in Sapporo for some rich-tasting miso ramen and tsukemen with huge pieces of chashu.

Feel free to follow favy!

Sapporo Noodle Zero

Sapporo Noodle Zero is perhaps most famous for its signature huge pieces of chashu pork that they put in their ramen. Go there with an appetite! The ramen is quite hearty, to say the least.

It's an overall solid bowl of ramen, mostly made from domestic ingredients found in Hokkaido.

The noodles are on the al dente side, and the soup is deep-tasting and rich, made from miso and soy sauce. The store claims that it has plenty of collagen in it too, so it might be good for your skin.
Many people order the tsukemen dipping noodles. The broth that comes with this one is even richer than the ramen soup, so if you want an intense savory ramen taste this might be your best option.

The joint is located near Tanuki Koji Station.
