Shopping at Lalaport Toyosu? Here Is a List of Popular Restaurants at the Mall

“LaLaport Toyosu” is a huge shopping mall in Tokyo, only 10 minutes from Ginza by train and on foot. The mall is a paradise for shoppers containing around 180 shops. They also have a lot of places to eat, so here are the 5 recommended restaurants where you can enjoy food while taking a break from shopping.

Feel free to follow favy!

Located on the third floor of the shopping mall, this restaurant serves great sushi. They are so fresh and you can even find tanks full of fish in the restaurant.

Get one of their set menus which have different kinds of sushi if you don't know what to eat! You can try not only tuna and salmon sushi, but also scallope, raw octopus, ikura (salmon roe), and other ingredients which you might not find in other countries.

Hakata Benten-do (博多弁天堂)

Hakata is the name of a region or island located on the south part of Japan. Here, HakataBenten-do offers local food of the region which are worth trying.

Mentaiko is one of the Hakata's famous food. It is red and tiny cod roe. If you are interested in, try "Mentaiko Motsu Nabe" (2200 yen), kind of a hot pot with Mentaiko, pork's offal (probably sounds weird but many of the Japanese love it!), and some vegetables.

RAKERU (ラケル)

RAKERU is a chain restaurant offering Omu-rice, which is an omelet stuffed with stir-fried rice. Omu-rice is loved by the Japanese, so you should try if you haven't tried yet.

The interior and the plates and cups are really cute. They serve many kinds of omu-rice having different sauce and toppings. All of them are around 800-1000 yen.

Grand Buffet (グランブッフェ)

Looking for a buffet restaurant? Located on the third floor of the mall, this buffet restaurant offers great food with reasonable price (under 2000 yen at both lunch and dinner time)!

You can eat pastas, pizzas, salads, rice, chicken, and more! If you are going at dinner time, don't miss their all-you-can-eat roast beef as well. They also have some desserts.

J.S. FOODIES

Are you American food lovers? You can have savory hamburgers here.

Their burgers and other meals like sandwiches (700-1300 yen) are made from fresh and nutritious ingredients. The thick and flavorful burgers would make you happy. Their pancakes (1000 yen) are also popular and worth trying! English menu is available.
