Kissui is one of the top sushi restaurants with lots of good reviews, located 10 minutes walk from Settsu Honzan station. Also got 2 starred in the Michelin guide.

They offer course menu for around 15000 yen that includes several appetizers and around 15 kinds of sushi. The fish is perfectly fatty and they will melt in your mouth. You can enjoy to watch the chefs' making your sushi as if an art. A bit expensive, but worth trying.

2. Okabayashi (おか林)

If you are looking for less expensive one, this sushi restaurant would be your option. They offer nice traditional and fancy atmosphere while serving cheaper sushi menu. Located just a minute walk from Sannomiya station.

You can get a sushi course menu from 5000 yen. The chefs focus on the natural flavor, so they only use carefully selected ingredients for their sushi. You will get impressive by the simple yet amazing taste of sushi!

3. Sannomiya Seriichi (三宮セリ壱)

This place is the best for those who want to experience both sushi and izakaya. Izakaya is the most common style of casual drinking place in Japan where you order drinks and small dishes shared on the table.

This izakaya located 3 minutes walk from Sannomiya station is well known for the reasonable and high-quality seafood. Sushi is amazingly fresh, flavorful, and tender. They also offer a extensive selection of drinks including sake!

4. Uwosei (うを勢)

Uwosei is a popular sushi restaurant located 5 minutes walk from Sannomiya station.

Niku sushi is not traditional, but if you are meat lovers, you should try. They are surprigingly tender and juicy that go wel with rice. They have various kinds of niku sushi including horse meat that is popular in Japan.
