Ginza Bridge

Ginza Bridge can be directly accessed from the C7 or C5 exit of Ginza station. It is a 60 year old retro cafe with a distinct Japanese old-fashioned cafe atmosphere. Old cafes in Japan are called "Kissaten" and you can smoke inside the cafe. This cafe is known for their unique pancakes.

Melon Pancakes

One of their most popular dish is the melon pancake. As you can see in the picture, it looks like melon! But not only does it look like a melon, but it really tastes like melon.

What Is Inside?

So what is inside the melon pancakes that really bring out the taste of melon? The outer layer of green cream is made of squeezed melon juice. Inside, you will see three layers of perfectly round pancakes. But, in between each pancake, there is vanilla ice cream and fresh cut melons sandwiched. With fresh melons and melon flavor whipped cream, you will really taste the melon flavor.
