"Nana Ren,"A Store Famous For Chicken Ramen Now Serves Duck Broth Ramen

Chicken baitan ramen is now a pretty common genre of ramen, but what about duck broth ramen? "Nana Ren" is originally a store that serves chicken baitan ramen, but their duck broth ramen is now becoming popular!

Kanda Tori Soba Nana Ren is located 2 minutes away from Kanda station South exit. It is a store famous for their "Tori Soba", chicken baitan ramen, and have received ramen awards with this menu.

Duck Broth Ramen

Three types of chashu is topped on the duck broth ramen. The chicken breast chashu is tender and has a light taste. The chashu is seasoned with ichimi, a Japanese spice, so you can enjoy the slight spicy flavor.

The rich soup is made by stewing duck meat and bones, as well as other seafood broth for an additional flavor for over 6 hours. Their homemade noodles made from mixing four types of meat, match very with the rich and flavorful soup.
