Want Some Ethnic Ramen? Try The Mixed Spice Coriander Ramen At "Manriki"!

Traditionally, the base of the ramen soup is usually soy sauce, tonkotsu, miso or salt. But why not spice things up a bit? At "Manriki", you can enjoy spicy noodles with an ethnic taste to it, and this new taste of ramen is becoming very popular!

Manriki is located 3 minutes away from Nishi-Kasai station. It is a small restaurant with only 11 seats, but many people come to eat the spicy coriander ramen.

Spicy Coriander Ramen

The base soup of the Spicy Coriander Ramen is tomato soup, but 14 different spices are added to make the soup more spicy and flavorful. The thick and chewy noodles soak up the soup, and you can enjoy the rich taste of the spicy soup while enjoying the chewy texture of the noodles.

For the topping, fresh coriander and tender pork chashu is added onto to the bowl. The coriander matches with the mixed taste of spices, and create an ethnic flavor to the ramen. If you want to try a new genre of ramen and like spicy food, this spicy coriander ramen is definitely worth a try!
