Chicken Paitan Ramen is now a popular genre of ramen, but you can have the creamiest chicken paitan ramen at this store! With a mix of paitan and fish broth, you can enjoy a creamy yet mild taste of ramen!

Feel free to follow favy!

Menya Oto

Menya Oto is located 5 minutes away from the West exit of Kitasenjyu station. It has a very classy atmosphere that you will forget you are inside a ramen store. They are famous for their Chicken Paitan Ramen, which mixes chicken paitan and fish broth in the soup.

Special Fish Broth Ramen

The special fish broth ramen is a mix of chicken paitan soup and fish broth soup. The combination of these two creates a flavorful but not too rich, perfect soup that you just cannot resist from drinking up the entire soup! The chef also stews vegetables such as carrots, potatoes and onions, and stews the soup for 3 entire days!
You can choose either soy sauce or salt base ramen. The chicken ball that is added as a topping is made of shiso and pickled plums. Along with the creamy soup, you can enjoy a sour taste. Add some rice after you eat up your noodles so you can enjoy the creamy soup till the very end!
