The Best Places to Have Sushi in Akasaka, Tokyo!

Akasaka is the central business district of Tokyo. It is the neighboring town to Roppongi. There are many hotels and restaurants in the area. While in Akasaka, you should try these awesome sushi restaurants. From affordable, to themed restaurants, you're bound to find something for you!

Itamae Sushi

Itamae sushi is a very popular "maguro" (tuna) restaurant. They have branches in Akasaka, Ginza, Shinjuku, etc.
One of the restaurants in Akasaka is right by Akasaka Mitsuke station. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very helpful!
This place serves excellent sushi, which you can order one by one to the sushi chef or you can get a set. For the quality of the fish, it is very reasonably priced! For ¥2480,you can get their "best sushi combo" (pictured above).

Umegaoka Sushi no Midori

Only a few minutes from Akasaka station, this station is definitely worth visiting! It's a very popular among tourists and locals as well!
This restaurant has branches, in Ginza, Shibuya, Kichijoji, etc. They are reputed for the tasty, yet affordable sushi. As this resto is very popular, be prepared to wait...but trust me, it's worth it. The plate pictured above is only 2,000 YEN. Sushi lovers, rejoice!

Uoshin Nogizaka

Uoshin Nogizaka is lcoated near Aoyama park, and Roppongiicchome station. It is a very central area to visit.
This restaurant is small, but has a great atmosphere. They have delicious fish and a great sake selection. It's a fun izakaya to go if you want excellent food. You should try the uni and crab sushi...unbelievably delicious!

NINJA AKASAKA

Walking distance from Akasaka-Mitsuke, this Ninja themed restaurant is a great place to go with friends or family. Children and adults alike will be entertained by the ninja themed-food and the Ninja-dressed waiters.
As is sometimes the case with themed-restaurant, the food can sometimes be unappealing. But, this restaurant has amazing food!
You can order a la carte, but we recommend the course menu, as you get the chance to taste many things!

Hinokizaka

Hinozika is located in the Ritz Carlton Hotel, so if you're looking for a more high-end experience, this is the place to go!

It is walking distance from Roppongi station, Roppongiicchome station, or Nogizaka station.

This resto offers not only delicious cuisine, but breath-taking scenery. It's perfect for a date or an anniversary.

Sushi Chef, Tadaaki Nomura, serves gorgeous sushi at this restaurant. The lunch course starts at 4,800 YEN, and the dinner course at 15,000 YEN.
As the resto is on the 45th floor, you have an amazing view while enjoying the sushi.
