It can be not so easy to find organic cafes or restaurants in Japan, but BiO Cafe is an organic cafe restaurant that serves full organic dishes! Try Tokyo's healthy dishes!

If you are looking for a healthy cafe to try in Shibuya, Tokyo, try BiO Cafe. BiO Cafe is a cafe that serves organic dishes using organically grown and harvested vegetables and fruits. If you want to cleanse your body or simply looking for a place to grab a nice lunch and dinner, you should definitely stop by. It is located just around a 4 minute walk distance from Shibuya station, which is really accessible!


They have a variety of menu available at BiO Cafe. They also have vegan dishes too.
Their breads are really popular, and their bagels are what you really have to try here! They have different kinds of bagels and all of them are really unique and not very common. For instance, they have a bagel called "Vampire bagel", where it has fillings made of blueberry, strawberry and raspberry mixed with fresh soy sauce. They also have low calorie "chocolate bagel", which is butter-free and only cocoa and cacao mass are used. Don't they look really tasty and healthy?
Their gluten-free burger is really popular too! The patty is made of vegetables, which is low in carbs.
Tan-tan men, or spicy ramen, is a popular noodle dish in Japan, especially in summer. BiO Cafe's tan-tan men is cold, and has goya (bitter melon/gourd), which is a summer vegetable.
They also have a salad bar that you can order along with a main dish!
They also have lots of desserts on the menu! Their baked soy bean banana cake is really popular.
Their apple pie is also special and popular! They use whole wheat flour and olive oil.
They also have macrobitic desserts. It does not use any eggs, or dairy products, and they only use healthier sugar like light brown sugar and vegetables and tofu. It is popular among female customers as well as customers who have allergies.

Additionally, they have a dessert set menu where you can choose whichever cakes you like with your favorite drink for just ¥1,000. It is only available from 11 am to 5 pm, so just keep that in mind.
For dinner, they have 4 different course meals, including "Reset course", "Energy course", "Bihada (beautiful skin" course", and "Athlete course", which is available at ¥2,800, ¥2,900, ¥3,000, and ¥3,200 respectively. They all come with 5 to 6 dishes, including desserts.
Of course their drinks are all organic, but what's appealing is that they also have organic wine and organic beers! Perfect to enjoy with a course meal.
