The concept at 29ON is to bring to your plate rare cuts and types of meats of the finest quality that are not widely known. What's more, the dishes are prepared by a method using a slow, low-temperature cooking method (sous-vide method). Sous-vide cooking results in meat pieces that are more succulent and tender than conventionaly cooked pieces.

The restaurant has a refined and relaxed interior with a mix of counter seats and tables. The staff here is very welcoming and knowledgebale about every dish served.
