Out of all cream rolls, Dojima roll is the most famous because of the perfect taste and texture.
It is a product by a pastry "Mon cher" established in Dojima, Osaka. This is why their signature menu is named Dojima roll. As they got very popular, they have spread branches all over the country so people, not only in Osaka, can buy it.

Locations

As well as the first shop in Dojima, there are three more shops in Osaka. Also several shopping malls in Tokyo and other cities have a branch where you can purchase the cream roll. You can see all locations on the official website.

What is the secret of the popularity

What makes the dessert special is the cream. It is made from carefully selected Hokkaido milk which is known for its high-quality. It is very rich and milky, yet fluffy and light - perfectly balanced. Even people who don't like whipped cream are a fan of this cream. The cake is also soft and nicely moisture.

Some seasonal menu are available. This summer, they released the orange and lemon cream roll.
