Due Italian is a small ramen shop located in 5 minutes walk from Ichigaya station, Tokyo. The chef who was originally a Italian chef has created the fusion of Italian and Japanese ramen. The shop has been featured in the Michelin Guide every year from 2015.

The interior is not like a regular ramen shop. Although there are only counter seats, you can enjoy the relaxing and kind of fancy atmosphere.

As the other ramen shops, you first need to buy a ticket at the vending machine after you enter the shop. Then, pass it to the staff and your ramen will come just in a couple of minutes. They have an English menu, so you can ask to the staff.
The most popular menu is "Fromage Ramen (らぁ麺フロマージュ)", 980 yen. It consists of light and flavorful chicken broth soup, nice and chewy noodles, chopped green onions, and a mix of gorgonzola and cream cheese. "Fromage Ramen with Prosciutto" which slices of Prosciutto are put on the edge of the bowl is 1180 yen. You can also add some toppings like soft boiled egg.
You can't resist it... The rich cheese melts on the noodles and blends together with the almost golden colored tasty soup. You will find the combination of ramen and cheese is actually amazing.
What is exciting more is they serve a bowl of brown rice with multi-grains after you finish the ramen. All you need to do is put the rice into your left-over ramen soup and eat. It is like a creamy cheese risotto.
They have another unique menu, that is the cold tomato ramen (1200 yen). It is served cold, and topped with different kinds of fresh tomatoes. It doesn't taste like a ramen, but it is truly delicious and healthy in its own sense.
They also have normal ramen menu, soy sauce or salt flavor. The soup is sophisticated and the roast pork on the top is tender and juicy.
