nana's green tea

Nana's green tea is a famous chain cafe specialized in matcha menu. They have shops all across the country, especially in Tokyo (16 locations on Tokyo). They consider matcha as a "Japanese espresso" and serve a great variety of matcha menu just like a coffee shop.
You can either take-out or have a break in the casual cafe. All menu is reasonably priced (under 1000 yen)!

Drink menu

Their drink menu is humongous. Surprisingly, there are nearly 20 kinds of matcha drinks with different toppings like ice cream, sweet red bean paste, and shiratama (small mochi). The matcha is very rich in flavor but not too bitter.
They also have several drinks made from other Japanese tea like hojicha which is also delicious and worth trying.

Dessert menu

Their matcha parfait is the must-have. They have various kinds of matcha parfaits so you may have difficulty in choosing. All parfaits are tall and have a beautiful layers of ingredients, which is exciting to see and eat.
You can try traditional Japanese desserts like anmitsu too. Anmitsu consists of fruits, shiratama, kanten (cubes of transparent jelly), red bean paste, and ice cream. You pour the kuromitsu (black sugar syrup), and every ingredients perfectly blend in together.

Food menu

They also serve healthy Japanese dishes like rice bowl and udon noodles.
The full English menu is available on their website.

Matcha Heaven!

Nana's green tea is undoubtedly a matcha heaven. There are many shops located throughout Japan and also reasonable, so why not trying?
I love traveling and eating. My favorites are everything matcha and cheesecakes.
