Tree by Naked - bringing food and art to life

Tree by Naked is trying to bring "Creativity to LIFE" which they say is a lifestyle that is "living while demonstrating one's own creativity" and expressing your values and new things.

By fusing one of life's axis "food" with "art" Naked Inc has says this brings "creativity to LIFE" in various situations.

For them the word "TREE" also means "gathering". This envelopes the true essence of "TREE by NAKED" in which people "gather" based on "food and art".
Tree by Naked is a creation of Ryotaro Muramatsu, master of design at Naked Inc, known for it's artsy projects around the Tokyo area. You'll experience VR technology, projection mapping, lighting, music, and other artistic features on each floor on the three-story building.

The course is something you've never seen before!

As you move through the building, you follow a “Scenes of Life” in which a tree grows from seed to maturity. Each course is paired with a different stage of life.
The course is designed by head chef of Hoff Restaurant and Bar, a well known eatery for its Tokyo x New York fusion dishes. These guys developed the first five courses: two appetizers, a fish course, a meat course, and one “mystery” course.

Renowned patisserie and chocolatier Hugo & Victor has designed a out-of-this-world dessert and and is enjoyed in the “Forest Laboratory,” where the you experience the finale of a tree morphing through the four seasons before your eyes.
Located in Tokyo's Yoyogi Park it's just a short walk from the nearby JR station. One thing you should know though, they only take bookings for two time slots each day and up to 8 persons maximum per sitting. Tickets will set you back 15,000 yen, but if you love art and fine food it's not such a bad price for 6 courses.

To book, you must head online and fill out the booking form and pay with a credit card. Due to the maximum of 16 people per night, I would suggest to book well in advance to guarantee you and your friends a spot! (Bookings must be done in pairs).

I've been traveling and eating my way around the world! Now I'm in Tokyo to share all my favourite spots! I spend my time traveling, surfing, hiking, camping and eating amazing food! My favourite Japanese food...Agedashi Tofu!
