We made a reservation to eat the special Chicago pizza that is on on the menu. Small; 2300 yen, Medium; 3300 yen.

The crust was black, which was the color of bamboo charcoal. Just one cut and the cheese overflew from the crispy crust.

Besides mozzarella and shredded cheese, they topped with the creamy white sauce and Parmesan. The overflowing cheese and sauce looked so tempting...

My slice of pizza. As it was hard to eat, I got a piece of crust and dipped it into the cheese. The crunchy black crust that is slightly bitter and the rich and creamy cheese sauce were blending together in my mouth and I felt the happiest.

Lastly...
