Feel free to follow favy!

The Uoki franchise group has a collection of restaurants exclusively in the Tokyo region. It is not the most famous of the izakaya, but the name for those who know it is synonymous with amazing quality on a budget! The restaurants are so popular that you'd better make a reservation before going there or arrive a few minutes before their opening! You can order lots of plates and your total bill probably won't exceed 4,000 yen per person!

Here are some of the things you'll find on the menu.
If you like sashimi, you are in for a real treat! The fish at Uokin is exceptionally good. Uoki has built itself a reputation around their sashimi which is said to be really fresh and carefully prepared.
You'll also find on their menu uni (sea urchin) and ikura (salmon roe) dishes generously topped on maki sushi! These melt in your mouth and are so unbelievably good!
Oysters are so big, tasty and fresh too! So many people rave about them. They are a must-try.
If raw fish is not your thing, you'll still find plenty to eat on the menu here! Uokin has some really good-deep fried fish such as the horse mackerel shown above! They also have karaage (deep-fried chicken).
Have you ever tried Japanese stewed fish? If you haven't, you definitely should! Very few people dislike the succulent, deep flavor of soy sauce and fish stock. You can trust Uoki to serve you really flavorful and well-prepared fish nimono (Japanese stewed foods)!
A dish that is popular here and that you usually don't find anywhere else is tomorokoshi-age, or deep fried-corn. The sweetness of the Japanese corn and the crispiness of the coating go so well together! Dip it in a little bit of sauce and you'll be in heaven.
Suntory's premium malt beer they serve goes so well with the seafood!
And of course, Japanese sake is alway a great choice when you eat sushi and sashimi.
