J.S. Pancake Cafe

J.S. Pancake Cafe offers both sweet and savory pancakes. Their mouthwatering pancakes are super fluffy, and they only use pure Japanese flour which makes their pancakes very smooth. Their pancakes are surprisingly not heavy, and they use carefully selected ingredients which distinguish them from other pancake stores.

Menu

Their sweet pancakes are available from ¥880, and flavors are as follows: Strawberry banana, maple butter, blueberry cream cheese, chocolate banana, strawberry custard cream, lemon ricotta, caramel brownie, and classic.
Their line ups for savory pancakes are pretty fancy. They have herb chicken & sausage, soup curry, avocado & salmon, prosciutto & arugula, salad, bacon & egg, and so on. Available from ¥1,000.
They also have other meals like open sandwiches, poached eggs, salad, baked potatoes, as well as desserts like cakes.
For recently opened Shibuya branch, they have "Cheese cake cream french toast"! It's a huge french toast consisted of cheese cake cream inside the toast.
They also have a variety of seasonal flavors too! For summer, they introduced Okinawa themed pancakes with mango, kiwi, pineapples, and pancake with beniimo (purple yam) sauce, as well as kakigori (shaved ice) with dragon fruits sauce and Shikuwasa (a type of citrus commonly eaten in Okinawa) gelato. Their seasonal menu changes every season, so make sure to check it out! They sometimes have different menus in different branches, so check that out too.

Lastly...

J.S. Pancake Cafe is a really popular cafe specialized in pancakes, and they serve both photogenic and delicious pancakes! They offer a variety of pancakes, but also other dessert menus like kakigori. It's definitely a must-try pancake cafe in Japan!
